Oh, part of the plan was to hijack a van and roll down the coast to Georgia. But--before the deed--was it love was it greed that done in the Castellan boys? Oh, tell me another, my sweet bonnie lass: a story of love, money, and kicking ass. For the night is still young, and the bells haven't rung, and there's yet a last drop in the glass. They met only once in those first lonely moths, two prisoners kept for his majesty. But when given a chance to accept an advance, the took up as mercenaries. So perniciously skilled they efficiently killed at the orders of lord chancery, but they took to the drink, and that is what some think spelled the end of the Castellan boys. So plastered they got that at last the poor sots were transported here to 2012. Lute and lyre in hand, they created a band and resolved to fight on no more. So, it's quite to sad to say, but to this very day the boys miss the old times of pillage and burn. So, let's hijack a van and go live off the land in the memory of the Castellan boys.

Baby you're holding out, but I've got a deal for you. Maybe your daddy's gone and told a lie or two, But what's one little babe when you've got such a nice womb? You could always make another one soon. Darling you've got to choose which of your fates will be. Is it your life you lose, or that of your progeny? Oh, but what's one little babe when you've got such a nice womb? You can always make another one soon. Mister you've got some nerve to show your face around here after the things you've done, you've dried up all my tears, but what's one little baby when Ive got such a nice womb? I could always make another one soon. And I'll name him after you, sell that one, too, and make some more. So picture your namesake shackled to a plow, and ask yourself, "How could she know?"

Cleaver 05:22
She lay in a summer rain, the windows, cracked, let the heat escape. Rolling ice along her face, breathing like the air could break. But I can't talk about it. We keep coming back again-- a little room with a double bed, acrobatic suffering, and a sorry sort of apology. But I can't talk about it, the way we roll it into sleep, and I know there's more to cleave. We lay in a path begun-- a little light from the setting sun. Doubled back and holding on to a cut and a healing balm.

The Wilds 06:07
She was a lover, lover of mine. We'd left the city and friends behind to camp the beaches, to hike the woods, and found the wilds inside our rooms. And when she asked me, "Please turn out the light." She asked me if the stars were burning bright. She asked me if there's an afterlife. I said, "Alright." Along the rolling, the rolling hills, we leave our dancing, your body stills. There in the sunlight, there through the blinds we meet our fortunes, we meet our eyes. There in the wilds, there in our rooms, the end of loving, the ending, looms.

My love for you is like an oven; I want to stick my head in it and dream a dream so sweetly southern they'd call me a confederate. But if I stuck you with the point of my bayonet, would you be my one?

I met you in the black of the night, silver spools of a silvery light lit the room, hid the light from your eyes, but I still knew they were looking at mine. And all that night spent ringing our hands with thoughts of your man and what he might do. I came through just a year down the line and I found you in the city that night. Drinks for two in the speakeasy light, words uncouth, words a weight on my mind. And all that night spent ringing my hands with thoughts of your man, how I'd been a fool. How I'd been cruel. A coast removed and a letter untyped; I think of you through innumerable nights.

Too much time and I'm your pet. Too much wine and I forget. Do I love you? do I love you? Well, no, I'm not ready yet. Sharp new clothes and blue suede shoes. Yeah, top cigars and top-shelf booze. Do I love you? Do I love you? Well, I'm just too young to choose. Too much time and we come lose. Too much wine and you're my muse, but do I love you? Do I love you? Girl, I'm just so confused. Come on, speak my dear and tell me true! Yeah, who's that one you're running to? Does he love you? Does he love you? 'Cause I'm not the kind to lose. Too much time and I'm your pet. Too much wine and I forget. Do I love you? Do I love you? Well, no, I'm not ready yet.

The Old Lie 03:39
Paint it black, paint it red, place it high above your head. Touch the stains of your trespass, your father's voice and what he said. Hold it close, keep it there, lose the blood, but keep the flair. Mangled mass, manacled truths, lest our language lay it bare. Let it lie, let it be, let's approach with levity: "Dolce et decorum est pro patria mori."
